Terms and conditions

On this page you will find the general terms and conditions that apply to Limburg Campsites, including Recreatieoord Wilhelm Tell, Camping Zavelbos and Camping de Binnenvaart.

  1. At Recreatieoord Wilhelm Tell, you may park your car in the central, well-lit car park for the holiday apartments.
  2. Pets are only allowed on the campsite if they are kept on a leash. They are not allowed in the holiday homes, holiday flats or holiday chalets. Smoking is prohibited in all rental accommodation. Additional cleaning costs will be charged for violations relating to pets or smoking.
  3. Any damage or items lost during your stay, regardless of whether this damage and/or loss is the result of negligence or actions on your part or on the part of third parties, must be compensated and may be deducted directly from the deposit.
  4. If you cancel, this will result in losses for us, which we will have to pass on to you.
  • up to 8 weeks before arrival, 25% of the rental price with a minimum of €275.
  • between 8 weeks and 4 weeks prior to arrival, 50% of the rental price, with a minimum of €275.
  • between 4 weeks and arrival 100% of the rental price.
  1. The advance payment minus previous losses will only be refunded in exceptional cases, such as death or hospitalisation, after submission of a valid certificate and after thorough investigation thereof.
  2. If you are required to interrupt your stay, the full rental price remains payable.
  3. Upon departure, the tenant is expected to perform a few light tasks, such as washing the dishes, removing and folding bed linen and blankets, tidying up, and emptying rubbish bins into the appropriate containers. The rented accommodation must be left in a clean condition, and any damage must be reported to reception.
  4. Our services will thoroughly inspect the accommodation upon departure.
  5. Failure to comply with the general regulations and guidelines may result in removal, without refund of the rental fee or any part thereof.
  6. No responsibility is accepted for;
  7. Loss, theft, damage, physical injury or accidents caused to persons or property during or as a result of a stay with us.
  8. For technical equipment becoming inoperable or out of service and facilities failing or closing.
  9. Despite our care, it is still possible that you may have a complaint. To enable us to resolve this as quickly as possible, we ask you to report this complaint immediately. If you are not satisfied with the solution, you can report this in writing to our management no later than 8 days after your departure date.
  10. Anyone who makes a reservation accepts these general terms and conditions and our guidelines.
  11. Reservation: via the website, followed by a deposit. The balance must be paid one month before arrival. Please reserve in good time. A deposit of €275 must be paid when reserving rental accommodation. For the campsite, the deposit is €250. Always quote your reservation code!
  12. The deposit must be paid within eight days of booking. The balance of the rental amount for the holiday apartments, holiday chalets or holiday homes must be paid one month before arrival, without prior notification to the landlord. Failure to do so will result in us reserving the right to re-let the accommodation without refunding any deposits, even partial ones. Any bank charges are payable by the customer.

  16. Obvious printing errors do not bind Recreatieoord Wilhelm Tell nv, Camping Zavelbos nv and Camping De Binnenvaart nv.
